At Pupu Toy Kids, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items:
    Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Items that have been opened or used.
    • Gift cards or downloadable software products.
    • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@puputoykids.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  • Return Shipping:
    You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@puputoykids.com with a description of the issue. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

  • Exchanges for Different Sizes or Colors:
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item of your choice.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@puputoykids.com if you wish to cancel your order.

  • After Shipment:
    If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item according to our standard return process.
